How our work happens

1. Data

US customs publishes the core fields of every ocean bill of lading: shipper, consignee, cargo description, quantity and date. Our system collects and cleans these records weekly - this is the raw material of our work.

2. Analysis

For your product category we look at who in the US already imports similar goods from Europe: in what volumes, how often and from whom. The result is a proven picture of the market, not a guess.

3. Target list

• We select importers whose buying profile matches your product and volumes
• We prioritise buyers who order from several suppliers and are open to a new one
• We add direct contacts: website, phone, public email, LinkedIn

4. Outreach

We approach the selected buyers on your behalf or hand the list to you. The message is not a cold email - it points to a concrete, data-proven need.

5. Deal and beyond

We broker quote requests and trial orders and report monthly. After the first shipment the work continues with monitoring: new buyers, volume changes, supplier switches.
